President Jagdeo calls on Guyanese to strive for hope,pride and progress – lighting of Houston Christmas tree.
Houston,Georgetown – President Bharrat Jagdeo told a gathering last evening at the lighting of the annual Houston Christmas Tree, to take personal care and strive for hope, pride and progress during the festive season and the new year. The President called for collective action against racism, bigotry and domestic violence in society, pointing to the most horrific deaths of women and children for this year.
