Vendors at Charity market who ply their business on a tarmac are claiming that the new appointed National Democratic Council’s (NDC) Chairman Kenneth Persaud is moving some of the vendors to another area.
Cabinet has agreed that newly formed yellow cabs should receive exclusive access to contracts for the transport services. The announcement was made by Secretary Dr Roger Luncheon who said this move will encourage those in the taxi business to be formally regularized. Cars attached to taxi services have a January 01 deadline to have their vehicles painted yellow.
