Justice Wendell Kangaloo was today appointed as acting Chief Justice of
Trinidad and Tobago by President George Maxwell Richards.
Kaangaloo will act in the absence of Chief Justice Ivor Archie who who left
the country on the weekend.
Archie is scheduled to return on August 12.
Jenitta Murray Daniels says she has not given up seeking justice for her son’s death the late Assistant Superintendent Ivelaw Murray. Jenitta says that the police have closed the file but she has not given up since photos and the Pathologist’s report has not convinced her of her son’s death suicide given by the Guyana Police Force. On July 04 2010 it was reported that Murray shot another officer Kevin Sheperd and took his life using a service .32 revolver at the Springlands Police Station, Berbice.
