Pensioner Geraldo Greens, who was trapped when a retaining wall in his
property collapsed due to a landslide has died.
According to reports a landslide occurred around 12.36 p.m. today at Lp #12
La Canoa Road Santa Cruz.
The Fire Service Search and Rescue unit are currently combing the area for
other persons affected by the landslide.
There is also a landslide along the Western Main Road in Carenage.

   TOBAGONIAN Davia Chambers will represent Trinidad and Tobago at the Miss World competition. Chambers won the Miss World Trinidad and Tobago 2010 competition last night. Karlon Richards was also crowned Mr World Trinidad and Tobago in the competition held at Queen’s Hall last night.
