Tunnel idea “madness” says Rowley
Madness!!! This is how Opposition Leader Dr Keith Rowley today describe the announcement by government to create a tunnel from Tunapuna to Maracas Bay.
Rowley criticised government for scrapping the rapid rail project while wasting money on "making bake and shark" more accessible.
