Georgetown :Onan Orlando Thom of Old England, Upper Demerara, for whom a wanted bulletin was issued on March 11, 2011, for questioning in relation to abduction and robbery under arms, surrendered to the police at about 3pm today.
He is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
