Georgetown : Acting on information received, at about 6pm yesterday the police conducted a search on a man at the East Bank Demerara Bus Park, Stabroek Market, in whose possession was found an unlicensed 9mm. Beretta Pistol with 18 matching rounds.
The man, who was wanted for questioning into several armed robberies, was arrested and charges will be made shortly.
