Georgetown: A large crowd gathered outside a building at Robb Street to witness what appears to be a drama movie when a young man attempted to kill himself by jumping off the building. The scene started minutes after noon today at the time of this publication about an hour after the man still have police and members of the Guyana Fire Service trying to persuade him to come down.
He made his way to a lower part of the building's roof and told reporters that he is one of the homosexual boys that are being abused by the hands of some members of the Guyana Police Fore.
He claims that another 16 year old friend who has made public of the assault a few days ago is presently being threatened and he had now decided to commit suicide rather than being handed over to the police.
