Georgetown : 19 year old Romeiro Weithers this morning is listed stable at the Georgetown Public Hospital after under going surgery last night for a gun shot wound.
The police in a statement say at about 8pm yesterday Weitherswas walking on his way home at ‘C’ Field. Sophia, when he was attacked by a man who was armed with a firearm.
The armed man shot him to his abdomen and took away his jewellery and cell phone and escaped.
Investigations are in progress.
