Dave Henderson Powers is expected to appear in the Holetown Magistrate Court this morning to answer five charges inlcuding that of murdering Karl Cumberbatch of Fairview Hights, St George last Wednesday.
Powers, 42, of Eden Lodge, St Michael is also charged with the attempted kidnapping of his wife Alviena Powers illegal possession of a firearm and illegal possession of ammunition.
Cumberbatch, 33, a line chef at the upscale CinCin By The Sea Restaurant at Prospect, St James was shot in the restaurant's carpark while dropping off his girlfriend (Alviena Powers) to work.
