Speaker walks out National Assembly during debate

Ralpheal TrotmanGeorgetown: Speaker of the National Assembly, Raphael Trotman, stormed out of Parliament due to MPs disruptive behavior, after he became angry and registering his disapproval about parliamentarians conducts Thursday evening.

Minister in the Ministry of Finance Bishop Juan Edghill was speaking at the time when the speaker exited.

At the time, Edghill was contributing to the Fiscal Management and Accountability (Admendment) Bill 2013 piloted by A Partnership for National Unity (APNU)’s Member of Parliament and shadow Minister of Finance Car Greenidge.
