Georgetown: As is customary, Cabinet members will be fanning out to the 10 administrative regions to join with residents in celebration of Guyana’s 44th Republic anniversary. The main flag-raising event will take place at 7:00hrs on February 23, at Parliament Building, Brickdam, where President Donald Ramotar will be present.
