Police hunt for husband who slash, stabbed wife to death

Linden: Police in Linden are on the hunt for a man who allegedly slit his wife’s throat early Friday morning during an argument. Dead is 37-year-old Sheneika Elliott, who was stabbed six times to the neck and chopped about the body. The incident reportedly occurred in Central Ameila’s Ward and the woman is the sister of popular radio DJ, Akelo Elliot. The woman leaves to mourn five children. Reports indicate that, London, a clothes vendor and a mother was found at 10: 30 hrs drenched in blood. She had initially ran across to her neighbour for assistance but collapsed outside of the yard. She was rushed to the Mackenzie Hospital she was pronounced dead on arrival. The body which bore multiple stab wounds, is currently at the hospital’s mortuary awaiting a post-mortem examination .A blood-stained knife suspected to be the murder weapon, was found at the scene.
