Port-of-Spain: The Police Service Commission is admitting that it is not satisfied with the performance of Police Commissioner Dwayne Gibbs.
Commission members appeared before Parliament's Joint Select Committee today when commission member Addison Khan admitted that although Commissioner Gibbs passed the performance appraisal for his first year in office September 2010 to September 2011, it was with the lowest mark.
Commission chairman Professor Ramesh Deosaran says Commissioner Gibbs has been mandated to shape up.
