Berbice : 33 year old Zulfikar Ali of ‘B’ Bush Lot, West Coast Berbice died after being knock down by motor car.
The police there said the driver of motor vehicle PPP 8249 was proceeding along the roadway at Bush Lot Public Road when it alleged that Ali ran across the road and was struck down. He was pronounced dead at the Fort Wellington Hospital.
The driver of the motor vehicle is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
