Mahadia : The police are investigating an incident that occurred at St Lucia Hill, Tiger Creek, Mahdia, where Colin Broomes, 44 years of Corriverton, Berbice, was allegedly shot by a man.
Investigations revealed that Colin Broomes and another man had an argument during which it is alleged that the man drew a firearm and discharged a round hitting Colin Broomes to his buttocks.
Colin Broomes was treated at the Mahdia Hospital and sent away.
The suspect is not yet arrested
