Toneal Waldron,22, of French Village, St Peter, was remanded to HMP Dodds this afternoon, after he appeared in the Holetown Magistrates' Court, charged with the murder of Evans Burnham sometime between July 1 and 8.
It is alleged that Waldron struck Burnham in the head with a piece of wood, he was hospitalised but subsequently died from his injuries.
