No clues in kidnap of restuarant owner

Port-of-Spain: Police say they have no clues yet in the dissapperance of the owner of Happy Gardens Chinese Restaurant, Xue Hushan who is believed to have been kidnapped last Thurdsay.

Police sources confirm that they have received no more information after a text message sent last Friday demanding a $4 million ransom for her release.

Hushan, 31, was snatched close to her Seventh Avenue, Barataria home on Wednesday night by two men and bundled into a car.

Friends later found her car, a gold colored Tiida with the engine running, doors opened and all her valuables intact.

After several searches in many forested areas in North and Central Trinidad, police are now questioning members of the Chinese community.
