Port-of-Spain: Port-of-Spain Mayor Louis Lee Sing says the new traffic plan to be instituted from July in the capital city is not his but he is urging citizens to give it time to work to help ease the traffic nightmare.
Mayor Lee Sing says the amount of criticism the traffic plan is recieving is proof that it will work.
The changes to be implemented in July have not recieved much positive feedback from the public and business sector but Mayor Lee Sing says the plan would assist in traffic reduction.
