Georgetown: Just minutes to noon today, a man stabbed his girlfriend to death at 9th field South Cunmmings Lodge, Georgetown. The woman a mother of three is known as Indra was stabbed several times by Paul Singh who lives two houses away.
One neighbour told TrakkerNews that the man usually visits the woman and almost every day they would engaged in quarrels. The neighbor said he recalled when Indra rushed out of the house and called on her sister who live next door and said that Paul wants to kill her but her sister did not respond since she thought it was another day of loud voices from the couple. Residents said the man locked the front door of the house and made good his escape through a back door.
When the sister decided to check on Indra, she was already dead. The police arrived at the scene about five minutes after news broke of the horrific scene..
Another resident said he went to ten field, CummingsLodge and a people there who know Paul said they saw him walking heading to the Sophia back dam. The resident said Paul cannot move very fast since one of his broken foot came out of cast a week ago. At the time of this report police were seen at the scene but did not head in the direction people said the knife man headed. This left many neighbours puzzled.
