East Bank Demerara : At around 10:15pm yesterday, Randy Welch, 34 years, of Diamond Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara, was at Turning Point, Tuc-Ville, when two men approached him, one of whom discharged a round from a firearm that hit him to his right foot.
Randy Welch has been admitted to Hospital for medical treatment as the investigations continue.
