Bartica : At about 1:30pm today Avinash Moore, 23 years of Eccles, East Bank Demerara, was allegedly shot to his right hand by licensed firearm holder Stephen Belle during a confrontation after he was found breaking into a motor vehicle in Belle’s residence at Second Avenue, Bartica.
Avinash Moore was treated at the Bartica Hospital and sent away. He is in police custody.
