Georgetown: Dellon Mac David, 28 of Back Street Stewartville, West Coast Demerara pleaded for leniency when he appeared before Magistrate Leron Daly at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court Thursday for trying to ship 100 grams of cocaine in Hanna Montanna books via the Georgetown Post Office.
A 29 year old man was fined yesterday $30,000 and sentenced to three years in prison. The drugs were destined for the United States.
