East Coast Demerara : Investigations are being conducted into a fatal accident that occurred about 10:30am. yesterday on the Hope Public Road, East Coast Demerara, and which resulted in the death of Kevin Neuenkirk, 27 years, of Victoria village.
Investigations have revealed that Kevin Neuenkirk was driving a motor cycle, allegedly at a fast rate, along the roadway when he lost control of the vehicle and collided with a mini bus that was travelling in the opposite direction.
He received injuries and was taken to the Georgetown Public Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The driver of the mini bus is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
