Georgetown: PPP presidential candidate Donald Ramotar said today that while certain developments will not be completed this year there are key projects to will take priority in the 2011 Manifesto. Speaking at the Party's headquarters Ramotar said that these projects are very crucial to the development of the nation. "The hydro power, the road to Lethem, the deep water harbor, the fibre optic cable and other projects have the potential to transform the country and will form part of the Manifesto". He said that these developments have been promised to the people by the PPP/C Government.
