Government is broken says Leader of the Opposition

Bridgetown.

The Government of Barbados is broken, useless and not working. That is the view of  Opposition Leader, Owen Arthur.

Speaking at a political meeting of the Barbados Labour Party (BLP) held in Prior Park, St James, last night,  the former Prime Minister said a strong Government is what Barbados needed to get out of the current economic crisis it faces.

He described the Freundel Stuart led admistration as Barbados' worst  nightmare. According to Arthur, any good government must have a strong leader with a zero tolerance attitude.

Arthur told the large crowd at the meeting, that any Government who is serious should be one focussed on the politics of inclusion in order to propel Barbados forward.
