Essequibo : Investigations are being conducted into a report of murder-suicide that occurred at about 3p.m. yesterday at Kartabo, Cuyuni River, involving Terry Alexander, 22 years, and Glenda McCurdy, 19 years, both of Kartabo.
Investigations so far have revealed that Terry Alexander and Glenda McCurdy, who shared a relationship, had a domestic argument during which he shot her and then turned the firearm on himself.
A .22 pistol has been recovered by the police as the investigations continue.
