Lissette Perez, the Cuban Ambassador to Barbados declined to comment on the Raul Garcia affair during a pannel discussion at the Cave Hill Campus of University of the West Indies yesterday .
Garcia, a Cuban, who has no where to go after serving 20 years in jail for cocaine possession is currently a detainee of the Immigration Department.
Cuba, his birthplace, has refused to accept him and the United States where he is a naturalized citizen, has also declined to accept the former drug dealer.
