Piarco: Caribbean Airlines says it saved the day for Liat passengers in Grenada on Wednesday. Reports are that a Liat flight from Grenada's Maurice Bishop International Airport to Port-of-Spain was delayed.
Distraught passengers are said to have made several calls to Transport Minister Devant Maharaj and CAL Chairman George Nicholas and they intervened ensuring that affected passengers were accommodated on flight BW421 from Grenada to Port-of-Spain.
CAL says its primary concern is to ensure that all affected passengers and their families are reallocated and the airline will do everything possible to facilitate affected passengers.
