East Coast Demerara : At about 11 a.m. today, two men, one of whom was armed with a firearm, entered the premises of a businessman at Courbane Park, Annandale, East Coast Demerara (ECD), and held up the housekeeper Nandrani Manick, 59 years, and handyman Ulric Fingall, 20 years.
The housekeeper and handyman were tied up and the perpetrators ransacked the home and took away $15M and $85,000 US and escaped.
Investigations are in progress.
