FireGeorgetown: All road lead to the National Stadium tonight, as Clash of the titans is here again. This third annual event is one of the biggest Chutney meets in Guyana where some of the biggest names in the industry compete to be the crowd favourite.

Among the artistes and bands confirmed thus far are KI & the JMC 3Veni; Ravi B & Karma Band; Rick Ramoutar & his band, the Fusion Factory; also Rikki Jai, “Stinky”, Rakesh De Raja Yankarran, Guyana’s Baboo Terry Gajraj, local soca sensation & 2012 Road March King Adrian Dutchin, Guyana’s Chutney Monarch 2013, Roger Hinds, as well as the crowd’s choice for best band, the Shakti Strings, plus the Soca duo, JW & Blaze, along with the “palance” singers and dancers; not forgetting Guyana’s most well-known chutney representative on the international scene, and the man behind Firefest Production, Mahendra Ramkellawan. But as is, the show consists of some massive performers, so the excitement is starting to build up. Promoters have promised a bigger, better event, and Firefest is sure to not disappoint.  General Admission tickets cost $1500, with VIP being $3000 and stage front $5000. Secure parking would cost patrons $1000.
