APNU calls for a day of mourning for the Linden victims of police shooting.

Georgetown : A Partnership for National Unity calls for a “Day of mourning tomorrow, seven days after the killing of three men and the injuring of several others by members of the Guyana police force.

APNU says they will mount a rally at the Square of the Revolution, conduct picketing exercise at the Office of the President and hold a vigil to commemorate the atrocity.

APNU calls on Guyanese everywhere to support the day of mourning and further an urgent solution to the economic, political and security crisis in the Upper Demerara-Berbice Region.
