AA passengers stranded at airport

Bridgetown.

Over 300 American Airline passengers were stranded at the Grantley Adams International Airport yesterday.

Several  passengers told Trakker News  two AA flights, one to Miami and the other to New York  were overbooked for the second day, while the airline's computer system was affected by a bug which caused it to continually crash.

A female passenger who preferred to  remain anonymous said she was at the airport for three hours.

"They said the system kept crashing and I was told they had overbooked both flights yesterday  the New York one by 30, and the Miami by 20 passengers and had done so again today", the woman said.

"In addition the service is poor and the attitude even wrose", she added.
