West Bank Demerara : Investigations are being conducted into the murder of Lloyda Thomas, 20 years, of Sunflower Clove, South Ruimveldt, Georgetown, which occurred at 10:30pm yesterday, at Versailles, West Bank Demerara (WBD).
The police revealed that Thomas was involved in an argument with another female during which she was stabbed to her abdomen and head with a broken bottle. She was pronounceddead on arrival at the West Demerara Regional Hospital.
The suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
