The police has charged a well digger for a six year old murder.
Ryan Antonio Bullen, 35 appeared in the Number 1 Criminal Court late yesterday evening charged wth the murder of 14-year-old Kalifa Downes who was found dead at Mount Friendship in April 2007.
Downes, a 15 year old student of the Lodge School disappeared in April 2007, her body was found two weeks later.
