San Fernando: Two men from South Trinidad are dead following a shooting attack at around 8 o'clock Tuesday night.
The men have been identified as 32-year-old Dexter Mendoza of La Romain and Nigus Suez of Circular Road, San Fernando.
Police reports indicate that both men were sitting in a gold Almera motor vehicle parked near a car wash along Circular Road, San Fernando when an unidentified vehicle pulled up and the occupants opened fire.
One of the two men attempted to flee but was shot in the face. Neighbours say they heard at least 12 shots. Both men were shot numerous times in the face and head leaving them disfigured.
No motive has yet been determined for the killings.
