Two policemen are now in custody facing several charges in connection with a robbery in St Catherine.
The Anti-Corruption Branch is trying to find two men from the Grants Pen, St Andrew area who are believed to have been involved in staging the robbery.
According to one senior investigator, the two men are known criminals from the Grants Pen, St Andrew area and will be listed as persons of interest shortly.
The identities of the two policemen in custody have not been released because the investigation is still ongoing, but it’s reported that one is a Corporal and the other is a Constable.
Investigators say one of the policemen is to be interviewed in the presence of his attorney before he is placed on an identification parade following which both men could be charged with a number of crimes.
