Georgetown : Delano Williams of 260 Middle Street, North Cummingsburg, Georgetown, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following investigations into an accident that occurred on June 26, 2011 at Sheriff Street, Georgetown, and which resulted in the death of pedestrian Sewcharran Ugraj of Mon Repos, ECD.
Zayan Hussain of 148 La Bonne Intention, ECD, was also charged with causing death by dangerous driving following investigations into an accident that occurred on December 18, 2009 at Ogle Public Road, ECD, and which resulted in the death of Ganesh Jagan of La Bonne Intention, ECD.
As a consequence, their drivers’ licences have been suspended pending the outcome of the matters.
