Georgetown: The Miss World-Guyana Organisation announced that Ms. Tiffany Bobb-Semple, Regional Ambassador-Region 10, would no longer be able to compete in the 2016 Miss World-Guyana because of personal reasons.
Ms. Bobb-Semple says that she deeply regrets that she has had to withdraw and bids the remaining finalists best of luck. She said, “I wanted to really fulfill this journey with such beautiful women. However, I will continue my passion for serving the community.”
The Miss World-Guyana Organisation wishes Ms Bobb-Semple success in future endeavors.
Given the fact that the finalists have already begun preparatory work for the Miss World-Guyana competitions, the organization will not be identifying a replacement for Ms. Bobb-Semple. The Organisations feels that if someone were to replace Bobb-Semple at this juncture that persons would be at a disadvantage as everyone should be given a fair chance at winning the Miss World-Guyana competition.
Miss World-Guyana Finalists are expected to be officially sashed in April.
