Three charged with narcotics possession, another with break and enter and larceny

On Saturday April 01, 2017 Nickel Forde, 22, a labourer of Industrial Area, McKenzie was arrested and charged with Break and Enter and Larceny committed on the dwelling house of Omianna Britton of the said village on March 03, 2017 of articles valued $175, 000.00. He appeared before His Worship Clive Nurse at the Linden Magistrates Court on April 042017, pleaded not guilty and was remanded until May 02, 2017.

 

Tinesha Bowen, 25, unemployed of Central Amelia’s Ward, Linden and Second Avenue, Bartica was on March 30, 2017 arrested and charged with possession of 2.2 grams of Cannabis at her Linden residence. She appeared before His Worship Clive Nurse at the Linden Magistrate’s Court, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to fifty (50) hours of community service.

 

On Tuesday April 04, 2017 about 05:30hrs police ranks acting on information searched the home of Jenifer Domingo, 57, unemployed of First Alley Wismar, Linden and found 635 grams of Cannabis.

 

About 11:45hrs on the same day another search was conducted in the home of Roylon Ferrier C/D Tallman, 37, unemployed of First Alley, Wismar where 95 grams of Cannabis were found.

 

Ferrier and Domingo were charged with Possession of Narcotics for the purpose of trafficking. They appeared before His Worship Clive Nurse on Wednesday 05 April, 2017 at Linden Magistrate’s Court, pleaded not guilty and were remanded until the 09th and 10th May, 2017 respectively.
