Dario Deigo Bowen, 20, of Marchfield, St. Philip; Javon Justin Fabian Yearwood, 24, of Kendall Hill, Christ Church; and Tania Nariba Grant, 33, of Rockhampton Road, Grazettes, St. Michael will appear in the District "A" Magistrate's Court this morning .ning charged drug possession after police searched two party boats over the weekend and found marijuana on board.
Members of the Police Marine Unit and the Barbados Coast Guard carried out search operations were carried out on the MV Buccaneer around 11:45 pm on Saturday and around 4:45 am on Sunday on the Jolly Roger.
The MV Buccaneer was stopped off the Bridgetown Fisheries Complex, escorted back to its berth at Cavans Lane and searches of the boat and persons aboard were conducted.
Loose quantities of cannabis, weighing a total of 84 grammes, were found discarded in various parts of the boat and the cruise was discontinued.
