A Team of two highly qualified Samsung Engineers Hector Guevara and Andres Angel, along with two support personnel have just concluded the specialized training on its Samsung Smart TV at STARR.
Starr Chief Executive Officer Mike Mohan said the technical training was attended by twelve support personnel and covered both hardware and software repairs to Samsung televisions. This new product line training adds greater capacity to STARR Service Center which is already certified to service and repair other major international brands which includes, Lenovo, APC Power Protection, Q-See Security products, First Alert, and many others.
STARR Service Center, one of the largest in the Caribbean has over past two decades specialized in IT repairs, research and development and manufacturing of computers. Now customers can have their Smart TV warranty honored by STARR Service Center.
According to Mike Mohan, with the launch of its new state of art Television department STARR Computer along with Samsung is very committed in delivering excellent after sale support for its sale of Samsung Televisions in Guyana hence the technical training. Genuine Samsung TV sku for Guyana and Latin America sold at STARR comes with a full one year warranty for free parts and labor at STARR Service Center. However, warranty coverage for the US domestic version TV becomes void once it leaves the shores of the US. And parts and labor can be quite expensive.
