Georgetown: Twenty-two year old Rodwell Brummell was pronounced dead at the Georgetown Public Hospital after a speeding car slammed into him while he was walking with his girlfriend on Lamaha and Carmichael Street Thursday evening.
The former Farfan and Mendes Ltd employee resided at 25 ‘A’ Montgomery Richard Hill, Linden and of 20 ‘B’ Beterverwagting, East Coast Demerara. There were no eyewitnesses. Police retrieve a bumper from the scene of the accident. Investigations are continuous.
