Residents of Cummings Lodge and Industry on the East Coast of Demerara closed their doors as sounds of rapid gun shots went off periodically within a fifteen minute period. The gunshots appears to come in proximity of the same area where four persons including a baby was shot in execution style a few months ago.
There is no official word of a shootout. At the time of this report gunshots are still being heard.
