School children charged

Bridgetown.

The police has charged five students from the Alexandra School in connection with a brawl which took place on the  Speightown Bypass Road, St Peter, late last month.

According to public relations officer of the Royal Barbados Police Force Inspector David Welch, while all five student were accused of causing a disturbance, some were facing additional charges.

A 15 year old student of the Alexandra School was charged with assault occasioning actual body harm against a girl from the Coleridge and Parry School.

Two studens of the Alexandra School aged 16 and 13 are also facing a similar against a  child from the Coleridge and Parry School who was struck with a piece of metal and suffered a head injury.
