Rawle Newton “Satan Ambassador” was wanted for armed robbery/murder

Georgetown : The police in a statement last night said that  Rawle Newton called ‘Satan Ambassador’ whose body was found on the Access Road at the Industrial Site, Eccles, East Bank Demerara, on May 24, 2014, had been charged on September 20, 2010, with the murder of businessmen Jainarine Raghubar and Ramdeo Deonarine which had occurred at Bartica. The matter was subsequently discharged and was awaiting legal advice as to recharge.

 Rawle Newton was wanted by the police during investigations into an armed robbery committed on Charles James at Parfait Harmonie on February 15, 2014, and a Wanted Bulletin had been issued for him by the police in relation to this matter on February 20, 2014.

 

He was also a suspect and was wanted for questioning in the robbery/murder of businessman Bridgelall Persaud which occurred on April 10, 2014, at Lombard Street, Georgetown.
