Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit and Melissa Poponne married at the Bourne Roman Catholic Church on Saturday afternoon.The ceremony was followed by a private reception at the Skerrit’s private residence in Vieille Case.
According to the statement. the two are expected to leave Dominica on Sunday “for a brief period. Speculation swirled all week as news of the impending nuptials began surfacing on Facebook. Some speculated that the marriage was going to take place in Dominica while others said it was going to be overseas.
