Presidential secretariat discharged after surgery

Georgetown: Head of the Presidential Secretariat Dr. Roger Luncheon was Sunday discharged from the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation, one day after undergoing an emergency procedure to remove a large clot near his heart.
The Cabinet Secretary was rushed to the health institute last Thursday after he complained of respiratory problems.
He was admitted in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and underwent an emergency life saving surgery on Saturday at the Caribbean Heart Institute. The surgery was to remove what was described as a large clot near his heart. The condition is described as pulmonary embolism.
