Power Lifter busted with cocaine in stomach

Power lifterGeorgetown: A Guyanese power lifter from the Mining town of Linden is in custody at the Brooklyn Metro Detention Centre after he was arrested last Saturday May 24 2014 at JFK airport with cocaine in his stomach.

The man known as Colin Aubrey Chesney aka “Mr. Clean” was asked to undergo an X-Ray upon arrival at the NY airport because CBP agents thought that he appeared unusually nervous and was shaking and sweating.

Court documents reveal that Chesney told Customs Inspectors that he had swallowed foreign objects that later field tested as cocaine. He passed 33 pellets according to the pre-arraignment document. He was on a Caribbean Airlines flight from Georgetown.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday (May 28, 2014), a female passenger was arrested after she was discovered trying to smuggle cocaine out of the country on a Caribbean Airlines Flight that was bound for New York. She is still in custody as investigations into this latest drug bust continue
