Bridgetown: Political activist and boxing promoter Eric Sealy is dead. He passed away last night at the Geriatric Hospital, Beckles Road.
Sealy was the leader of the People Pressure Group and his political activism dates back to the 1950s.
Apart from politics, he was Barbados' leading boxing promoter for over 40 years.
Sealy, was in his 80s and is survived by two daughters.
